| Quality Assurance and Supply Chain Associates |
FRAM Quality Assurance Policy adheres to AS9100 for maintaining a continually improving QMS. We manage our QA system as a system of interrelated processes that can be categorized as follows:
Customer Compliant Processes FRAM Compliant Processes FRAM Supply Chain Processes
This insures customer satisfaction by consistently implementing AS9100 through out our Customer Product Realization (i.e., CPR) cycle. This means our QMS is implemented at the very beginning with our Customer Contractual Agreement (i.e., CCA) requiring us to maintain AS9100 standards from design engineering development though fabrication and manufacturing to installation, inspection and testing as required.
While in the process of becoming AS9100 certified we completed a Gap Analysis with AS9100 and FAA Advisory Circular AC145 – RSTP which provides guidance to FAR 145.163 conformity of Aeronautical Repair Stations to insure our customer’s satisfaction upon delivery.
